Principal Accountabilities
(Nhiệm vụ chính)
Develop & implement long term strategy for the Risk, Compliance, Audit & Legal department
Contribute to the development and implementation of a corporate investigations policy; identify actual and potential development opportunities
Lead the development & Implementation of standards, processes, operating model for FNPC
Contribute to the continued review and refinement of the Risk Management Framework strategies and guidelines; provide support to the relevant business areas as required.
In conjunction with the R&C team develop and implement exception reporting regarding employee activity.
Partner with leadership, team members and other stakeholders to address legal related matters
Advise on, maintain and review templates and policies
Monitor and analyze changes in the law and legal risks; propose creative and effective solutions to address those risks
Anticipate legal issues or risks and build the necessary processes and systems to address them
Manage outside counsel relationships, as neede.
Academic/Education

Bachelor's Degree in law
Master degree is an advantage
Job Knowledge, skills & Experience

A strong experience of investigative experience within the field of security
Experience with specialist knowledge of fraud & money laundering prevention
Combined law firm and in-house legal department experience
Ability to build &use internal & external networks of key influences to achieve good results with local/ regional authorities
Capable of developing policy & procedures
Analytical skills
Leadership skills
Good interpersonal skills & ability to communicate to all levels within the business
Fluency in English as a foreign language
Familiarity working across the globe, to support multiple time zones and cultures
